I recently went out of town and left boat uncovered and it rained hard. I came home and cleaned out the boat, tried to start it and checked the trim. The engine won't do anything no click nothing and the trim will go down but nothing happens when I try to raise it. Are these two things related? Where do I start trouble shooting?
