Johnson 9.9 lifting off midsection

(Excuse my lack of knowledge) Everything about this 91’ 9.9 has been running great. But recently I’ve noticed when it’s in the water and I give it some gas it looked like the engine was ever so slightly lifting away from the boat. Got home and took a look at it and sure enough it’s wobbly as hell. Looks like it’s pulling away from the midsection. Also looks like at one point two screws held it firmly to the mounting bracket, but one screw broke off and the other seems awfully loose. Took the top and bottom covers off it and can’t see a way to tighten them. Any ideas? Anything will help, I’m scared if the last screw coming completely loose and the dam thing falling off the boat.
