I have 9.9 OB that has not been used for about 12 months. It started first hit but was not circulating water, untill i opened the side of what i assume is the pump and stuck the hose in. This seemed to solve the problem and it continued to circulate water. However when i stopped the motor and resarted it there was no water, i needed to stick the hose in to start the water again.<br />Is there a simply fix for ?
