Hi, I have a question regarding my trim pump motor on my Johnson 90 1989 J90TLCEM, is it normal for the trim pump motor to almost stall at the extreme tilt up and trim down positions. Its worries me that if someone held the trim switch in the above positions for too long it would burn the motor out. Is there a pressure relief valve that should work in these positions?

Thanks in advance and again for your previous input on other posts.

To OBJ, I like the sound of OBK
