Maybe a strange question but does any one know what color the cowl seal on an 89 Evinrude is?
My Johnson 48 SPL uses part # 0334357 but I checked the Evinrude drawing and it calls for part# 0211111.
I'm redoing mine and rather than go back to original, I'm doing a cleaner look than the original Johnson scheme and a black seal would work well with my new color scheme.
Thus the question. If the Evinrude version is black it would work perfectly.
