Johnson compression 90 HP V4

On my 1988 Johnson 90 HP V4 outboard I have an idle problem. I had the carbs rebuilt but had the same result. Had compression checked and found that the left bank had compression of 86 and 90, the right both had 122 is the motor TOAST?<br />Thanks for any help

Not for sure, Desperados.<br /><br />Try decarbing it, then do a new compression check.<br /><br />Good luck.

Desperados,Another possibility of your low compression on one bank is a leaky head gasket.
