Ok, so I wrote yesterday about torquing the flywheel nut. Got that done with no problem. Ol' gal fired right up and ran as well as I expected for being in a drum. Using the control box, I ran it in forward and reverse (elec. shift) at a little less than half throttle. It would idle resonably well, too. Shut it down and re-started a couple of times. Just playing since it hasn't ran since last fall.
Everything was fine, just letting it idle when it hiccupped, coughed, and flooded out, as in fuel came out the front of the carb
Took a little winding, but it did crank back up. Did not want to idle the same, though. Any idea's on what caused it to flood while running?
Oh, it's a Johnson Super Seahorse 40 HP RK-28B (1966)
