Johnson fuel connector reseal.

I would like to install new seals in my twin pressurized fuel connector. Can someone tell me how it's done. I don't want to mess things up. thank

Sorry didn't see this until now. The easiest way is to buy F_R's tool. Makes it simple and easy and doesn't damage anything.

Did you use the old "pin and hook" method? Ive used paper clips for this. 1 straight and 1 with a hook in it.

No I used a drill bit inserted in nipple side of connector and tap out the whole assembly. Reassemble everything back in order and tap brass retainer flush. I also replaced the fuel lines, sealed tank and installed new diaphragm. Also rebuilt the carb installed new stone filter. The motor runs like a champ..It only cost me $75 to make it run like new.

I've done the same thing when I couldn't find the jig. Good job.
