Johnson GT200

I have a 1987 Johnson GT200 on my Glastron and am wondering what (if any) can be done to give it a little more power without breaking the bank. I have new plugs on it, replaced lower unit oil and a Ballistic SS prop. It tends to smoke at idle a little. It tops out at about 55mph with 3 adults in it and a full tank of gas.

I am just looking for little tweaks that can be easily done.
