i have a 25 hp motor not sure the year but it is an older one. early 70's i think. i took it out two weekends ago and it ran fine. came home and change the gear oil in it a took it out this weekend and it is skiping in and out of gear at anything but idle speed it does not come completly out of gear it just jumps in and out. i can watch the shift lever on the side of the motor move when it does this.and it only does it in foward. what could my problems be and how do i go about fixing.
