Johnson interchanging parts 1996 -2000

Does anyone know if power heads parts from 1996 - 2000 150 Johnson are the same ? what is the difference between the 150 and 175? block porting ?? are 150 -175 crankshafts and rods the same ? Can the lower units be interchange throughout 1996 -2000 ? Thanks for the input !

go here and get part #s for both, and compare, the go to ishopmarine.com and enter them for superceded #s.
