hello all i just purchased a johnson meetor II 90 horse outboard for $100.00 the wire harness has been burtally hacked and isnt connected to the motor could some one please help me with a year of the motor and location and cost of a new harness<br />johnson meteot II<br />model v4ml10r<br />ser j2487944 <br />90 horse <br />Thanks....

Hi ya' Matthew and welcome to the forum.<br /><br />What ya got there is a 1958 50hp engine. Old.<br /><br />Check this site for year.<br /><br /> http://mitglied.lycos.de/old_omc/johnson.html <br /><br />I'm afraid a new harness' are no longer available for the old girl. You may have to do the best with what ya got or shop around on ebay. If there are any Johnny/Rude dealers in your area, they may possibly give you a lead.
