Re: Johnson Model K-35

Howdy Neighbor.

The K-35 was 2-5/16" bore, 2-1/16" stroke, twin cylinder opposed, 6HP@2750rpm engine. The cylinders fired simultaneously.

I used Champiion R7 spark plugs, or modern equivalent, gapped at .030.

Set points at .020.

Fuel mix should be 24:1, unleaded regular and TCW-3 outboard oil. Since the fuel tank holds 1.5 gallons of fuel, that would be 1/2 pint (8 oz.)oil per tankfull of gas.

That is more than I thought I knewe about K-35s!

Good luck. :)
