The warning horn goes off every 30 - 40 seconds. it suggests that motors are over heatin but they seem to be running fine , plenty of water going through. how to disconnect, becomming annoying.

I wouldn't go disconnecting the alarm! Find out what is causing it. Intermittent beep like this normally signals a low oil situation.

Do you have the system check gauge on that motor? If so the light will tell you the problem.

Alarm will go off on low oil - intermittent beep, no oil (signal from VRO), overheat and also with a fuel restriction. If you have a regular intermittent beep maybe the level sensor in the oil tank is faulty. If the beep is irregular/erratic could be a VRO problem or maybe fuel restriction or overheat (or faults in the sensors). You need to try and isolate which one. You should be able to do so by disconnetcig each in turn.

Do you have a temp gauge? That will tell you if you are overheating.
