just unseized outboard motor,turns over fine with plugs out.plugs in wont turn over .is there something else i can try. will hooking up fuel line with plugs out.and winding over engine will it lubricate cyclinders thanks.

from what i learned and heard, you don't want to just turn the motor without the spark plugs grounded. I think it leads to bad condensors. Best to add what motor, hp you have also. you can
take off the spark plugs from motor and wire and squirt gas/oil mixture in.

You need to get corrosion resistance out of the starter circuit, ringo. Take both ends of both battery cables off, scrub them shiny and reattach. Let us know what happens.

Yeh, what JB said and make sure the battery is charged fully. Also might be that the starter is cooked or starter solenoid contacts are burned. If the motor was siezed the PO may have cooked those parts trying to get it to turn.
