Johnson PO-15 questions

Does this motor have F-N-R?
spark advance lever?

I ask because looking at a 1949 brochure, there is a lever coming from the magneto, but there is another lever on the throttle bracket that controls something under the carburetor. This is the picture in the brochure: http://www.old-omc.de/j_1949/page08to15.jpg

Also any other information about this motor would be handy. serial no. 760505

Doesn't appear to have fnr, says it has twist grip throttle control as well.
