My Ser # is 7376083 - It is a Belgian made 4HP "Sailmaster" What year do I have and how should I adjust the mixture properly (knob on front next to primer/fuel valve)?

Thanks on the needle adjustment. I read the article -will give it a try next time I'm out at the lake. My Model number is J4RLCU. I am guessing late 70's early 80's?
