Ok, I replaced the ingnition switch last night and a ball bearing fell out and I don't know where it came from. I was trying to be very careful but I guess not careful enough. Anyways it looks like right where the lever mounts to there is a sprin with a loop at the end that looks like thats where the bearing sits and rides along the lever. Does anybody know what that spring is and also can I buy one somewhere becuase it looks like its bent. Or is there a blown up picture of a control box I can look at and maybe get an idea what the spring should look like and also it will help be explain my situation better.

Thank You
Wade

it sounds like the detent ball, that engages, when the control is in neutral, rides between the spring, and the shift lever.

There are parts exploded diagrams at BRPs website. "http://epc.brp.com/default.aspx?brands=ej&lang=E" without the quotation marks.
