Can anyone tell me the year Johnson came out with the VRO system on a 40 hp 2cylinder? I have a chance to buy one, and was wondering what year it might be, and if there were any reliability issues with this system. Thanks, Tom
Not sure what year it was introduced on the 40 ,around 85' I suspect.However,if you can obtain the model number from the engine in question someone can give you the year model.
