These were taken a few days ago before I sandblasted. For the few that has helped me along the way I am posting these to show you what it is exactly that I am working on. This is an overview of a few... Flotation Pods, Center Console with Livewell (14.7 gal.), Motor Setback, Transom Reinforcement. I am doing quite a bit of other things but this is all I had pics of for now. The boat has since been sandblasted and I have finished welding up the flotation pods and pretty much getting ready for the prime and paint step.
This is a 16' Jon Boat with a 30hp Yamaha. Please give me any feedback Positive or Negative, this is my first time working with aluminum and my first rebuild of a boat for that matter, so I thought it would be good just to do some mods on something cheap first and I already had the boat, so why not. Anyways thanks to everyone that have gave me guidance and ideas during this process. I am now 2 weeks into it, I only get about 3 hours an evening to work but it is coming along nicely
