**** hole by tow hook in back works when hose is hooked up but doesn't when in water. Normal?

hows the propulsion? Could be a cavitation issue. If all checks out, take it for a spin with seat off and start feeling pipe, head..etc

After 10 min of riding felt exhaust and head and several other areas and they were not hot, no steam from back of jet either. Propulsion I can't answer for due to lack of knowledge with jet drives. Seams to get right with the program but does sound different then most jet ski's I have herd... Front display is broken so not sure if overheating buzzer will still sound

The pisser is just a small tube hooked in to the cooling system, when you run on the hose you are placing water in the system in the opposite flow direction as when the ski is running. All the older 2 stroke skies I have owned over the years have had intermittent water exiting the pisser. If it isn't running hot don't worry about it.
