just bought very well cared for 1986 25hp mercury. best way to get the cobb webs out?

just picked up a babied 1986 25hp mercury. really really nice shape. it has not been run in 5-6 years. unbelievably, it started on the second pull. ran it for 10-15 seconds on a hose and shut it off. small amount of water came out the pee hole. it ran and idled nicely. what would i need to do before i use it?
