A 15.7 foot Bayliner? Which engine do you have? 270 is the outdrive. It's most likely a AQ125 4 cylinder. If it is it makes between 110-125hp and top speed will depend on if the outdrive is up or down, how many people / cargo is on board, if the water is choppy or smooth, what altitude you're at, what size your boat is, your props condition, etc. I get about 30 mph out of my 18ft with the AQ125/270, on smooth water with 2 people on board at 6000ft above sea level with a very used but not damaged prop.
