Ok first i want to say thanks to all of you for help on some of my already posted fourms. I have a 1964 18hp johnson I did a compression test they both were at 95psi now. I also changed the condessors and points and plugs. I now have the motor running for the first time and like 10 or 15 years.
Promblen is that the motor wont idle very well and the throttle linkage seem to be out of wack Is there any way to fix these two problems with any kind of adjustments. also last thing does anyone now the gas and oil mixture ratio for this motor. once again thank you
