Just purchased first boat. NEED HELP!

The boat I have has a Quick Silver Power2 Shift Prop.
I need instructions on how to adjust it (maybe the owners manual)
If anyone has this info or know where I may find it on line I will be greatfull

Example:

You'll get more or better help that way.
