Thank you for posting the photos on your install. Very clean job.
I purchased the components and everything came except the corrugated 3.5" hose from the elbow to the outdrive housing. I am going to go buy some corrugated but I want to get enough and dont want to make a mistake when we cut it. Can you tell me how long you cut your hose for this....same on both sides?
Also how long are the hoses coming out of the riser to the elbow? When we put on the ones they sent us, it appears the elbow is to far back to meet up with the outdrive holes.
This is on a 1982 28' Sea Ray and the back of the engines are buried under the deck so we are sort of working blind.
Thanks again for your help

Re: KaGee: One more 3.8L manifold question

Honestly I don't remember how long they were.
I do remember doing a dry fit on the manifold and riser along with the elbow.
Then I took a measurement. The boat is under winter cover right now Or I'd measure it for you.

I do remember them being a biatch to cut. Ended up using a die-grinder with a cutting wheel.
