Re: key start switch
Your new switch:
C = Choke (or primer solenoid on newer engines)
A = Accessory. Feeds 12 volts to gauges when key is on.
S = Start (powers the starter solenoid)
M = Magneto (kills the engine when key is off)
M = Also Magneto (this M is connected internally to the other M when key is off)
B = Battery (+12 volts into the switch via the engine harness)
Your old switch:
A = Accessory (same as above)
E = Enrichener (same as choke above -- but that's a guess)
B = Battery (same as above)
F = ?????
D = ?????
