Seems my brother in Law (as usual) cant seem to get our 1996 evinrude 115 started. He says the hex coupling around the key and kill switch fell off. Does anyone think this is broken or is it a quick fix. Is this plastic hex nut threaded ?<br /><br />I am not at the boat but have my own to look at. <br /><br />Thanks,
