Kitech tubing- dometic water

I am looking for a fix for a domestic plumbing system plumbed with Kitech- a comosite of allum and plastic tubing. I need to replace a two foot section burst my freezing. there are a lot of taiwan boats plumbed with this stuff and the only info I can get is about the lawsuits that are on going. anyone have any ideas?

any clue where to by 12mm ID and 16mm OD tubing? The tubing burst due to freezing.

I can only find SAE tubing and fittings here in the US.
