klunking while in gear at low speeds in outdrive

My outdrive makes a klunking sound while cruiseing at low speeds. After speeding up to full throtal then slowing down the sound goes away untill I put the boat into nuetral and back into gear again.

The drive is prob out of adjustment. As you push the shifter farther ahead, you gain the travel that is lost at slower speeds.<br /><br />Either a cable is sloppy or siezing, or out of adjustment.<br /><br />TMD
