Hello everybody...tried searching for a solution but didn't come up with anything in the first few pages.

I have a tandem axle Four Winns trailer with Kodiak disc brakes....replacing the pads and am wondering what to lube the slide bolts with....marine grease like the hub bearings or something more like anti seize?

appreciate the help :)

I always heard that for caliper pins you have to use a silicone-based grease. If you use a petroleum-based grease, your bushing will swell and stick and your brakes won't work properly. I assume that's also true for Kodiak brakes on a trailer.

Nothing but silicon grease. You can buy it at any auto parts stores.
