I have a great customer service story about my G3 boat. I had a 2006 1756 deluxe that I bought new in 2007. Other than small things, it has been a good boat, until a couple of months ago. On a fishing trip it started taking on water, not just a little bit, neither the bilge pump or pulling the plug on plane could run all the water out. I was sitting ankle deep in water by the time I made it back to the landing, 10 plus miles away. Took it to the dealer and of course they tested it, turns out the hull had split under one of the longitudinal braces. We contacted G3 and they replaced the boat and the trailer under the lifetime hull warranty.
I was very surprised at this, not that they replaced the hull, it was definitely a warranty issue, but in giving of a whole new trailer as well. I'm glad to see a company stand behind their product as well as G3 did.
