Kudos to iboats customer service

I just wanted to take a minute to express my appreciation to iboats customer service. While I haven't order many items on here, I am on the verge of placing a fairly large order. I had some questions and concerns about the order and I decided to utilize the online chat feature with customer service. They were able to help me with my issue in a timely and professional manner. I can't tell you how much this makes me apprecaite iboats. Very rarely do I encounter companies that really have a good business model and are able to be accurate and execute orders.
