Ladder for Astro

I have an 18' Astro Fish/Ski, 1995. Does anyone know an after market folding ladder I can mount to the transome? I have searched many stores, West Marine, Overtons, etc,. can't come up with anything that will fit without serious modifications.

See how much your local (stainless) fabricator will charge for a custom one. Why won't the standard ones fit?

Yeh Magsters, thinking that's what I will have to do. The way the transome is made causes me problems with mounting.
