I'm in need of a pre-purchase survey in the Lake Tahoe area. Anyone have any recommendations?

South or north end? If in the south, I may be able to ask someone. I have a house on the lake and have many neighbors who have their boats serviced there.

The boat is on a trailer on the North side. At this point, the deal has fell through.
