Lakensea help please

I have a 04 Suzuki DF140. Noticed on another forum you refered to the neutral switch on the engine being stuck. Please explain where it is and what to do. I've tried everything else and it still drops about 500 rpm's at 4000 then speeds up. Even tried a remote tank hooked direct to the fuel pump and it still bogs down. Thanks

I am not who you seek, but. The shift/netural switch limits rpms to 3000 rpms, if switch does not tell the computer that the engine in in gear. I would check the fuel pressure low and high side. Engine also should have a racor fuel filter installed between the engine and fuel tank.
