I have an evinrude lark 35 I just got after it had been sitting for 7 years. I pulled the carb and cleaned it. After i did that it would start but runs a bit rough. Also after about a minute it stalls and will not restart. When it stalls there is a very strong odor of fuel. If I wait about fifteen minutes at will restart and then stall again after a minute. Am i on the right path to think that there may be a hole in the fuel pump diaphram?
