long time lurker, first time poster. We bought a 1999 Larson 186 SEI last fall. Ran a couple times and worked ok. Just working on cleaning up some electrical issues. The fuse panel is always hot unless I disconnect the battery. The radio stays on and all accessories will work with the key off. This drains the battery fairly quick if anything is left on. Should it be wired this way, or should there be a relay in it to trigger power to the fuse panel when the key is on?

Yep. Put a battery switch in as I added a second battery. Just have to remind the family to keep turning the switch off.

So the problem hasn't really been solved with the switch -- since it still needs to be turned off. Granted, now there is only one switch to remember. Sorry -- couldn't resist!
