Late 60s 9.8 hp lower unit

I have a late 1960s 9.8 hp Mercury that runs great. The problem is that the lower unit is totally locked up. Does anyone know where I can purchase a replacement lower unit for such an old motor. I would like to fix it because it runs so well. Thanks.....
