There used to be quite a few of these around (called Amphicar). First green one I've seen. Most have been red. Cool concept but not very practical unless you have a river or lake to cross on the way to or from work.

I remember launching
with a PINTO.
I used an abandonded seaplane ramp.
Took about 35 feet of ski rope to get
trailer into deep water.
I was young.......but not dumb
