I just hope those two are locked up soon, and aren't allowed to be free on bond pending the inevitable appeals. Lay is 64 years old, and any kind of reasonable sentence will give him life, and I would hate to see him get 5 years off his sentence while he appeals the verdict.<br /><br />I heard where it was estimated his and Skillings greed cost employees and stockholders some 64 billion dollars. <br />I don't know how they figured that, but I don't doubt it.<br /><br />They are still costing West Coast elec rate payers ridiculous rates that were negotiated in the face of supposed shortages that were manipulated and gamed by Enron.
