Well the old floor is out the new stringers are in and the deck is ready to go in. I've been trying to work this out in my head and have a few questions. Do I have to "bed in " the sides of the deck where it will meet the hull with some resin mixed with something from underneath? I'm worried about the deck rubbing through the hull even though it will be glassed to the side from the top. The deck lays on top of the edge of the hull. The boat is a mid 60's Larson Lapline All American.

When I cut my old rotten deck out it was bedded in around the edges. I'm planning to putting it back the same way unless anyone gives me a good reason not to. The rest of my deck will be glued in with PL premium.
