leak down test

I want to do a leakdown test on my 1994 txrs yamaha 250, I know I have to get the cylinders to tdc but how much psi should I pump into the cylinder and what is an exceptable percentage of leak down and how long should I keep the guage hooked up for to visualize leak down?
