leak in exhaust piping

I have a leak in my port side exhaust between the riser and transom! What are some solutions to replace or fix? It's a 25 blackfin inboard. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All depends on the exhaust pipe material.. What is it? Stainless pipe, fiberglass pipe, rubber hose, what?
