Leaking antifreeze

I winterized my merc 7.4 as normal. Full fuel tank w/ stabilizer, all fluid and filter change, fogged, drain water, filled all hoses and block with antifreeze. Never noticed this last year but I now have antifreeze leaking out the seawater pickup in my outdrive. Nota closed system. Did not worry at first just assumed it was over flow. It has been a month and the antifreeze is still leaking out. Should I be concerned about this? Thanks

Most likely the overflow from filling the manifolds and risers getting back thru the therm housing. nothing to worry about

Agree I see it as normal, but think its coming from the seawater pump. The antifreeze is seeping past the impeller. Could remove the hose on the engine side and you would probably see the pink stuff run out if there is any left

Does this mean my impeller is worn letting water seep past the impeller? Just replaced last year with new assembly.

IMO no, the impeller should be IMO. The sea pump is probably has the vanes in just the right position so there is a slight leak by. For a running motor it will have no effect

As long as you drained it first it doesn't matter if you have the antifreeze in there. Personally l like it dry and don't waste the money on the pink stuff.
