Leaking bolt

Recently purchased a 89 hydra sport with an Evinrude 150xp compression good on all 6 but after using it today to fish for about two hours noticed this leaking bolt with some type of tan greyish sludge. And ideas? I'm new to outboards, first used bass boat.

Replace exhaust cover gaskets.-----And " good " compression means nothing to folks here. ----What are the numbers ?

Ok sorry, they were all at about 90-95 psi

check PM (small enveloppe)

When exhaust covers are off you can inspect pistons / rings,----Broken rings are a known issue.----Post some pictures of exhaust ports showing the rings.
