99 200 hp johnson has one carb that leaks gas out of a small hole on front of carb. engine doesnt' have to be tilted or anything, just sitting in yard. gas runs out and down leg of engine. stuck float? trash under needle?
ideas? can rr carb& carb without replacing gaskets?
