Leaking Carbs.

I have a 1985 75hp Mercury with twin WM-14 Carbs.<br /><br />The motor was just rebuilt and I noticed that the bottom carb and the lower cowling and some gass on it.<br />Is it normal for gass to leak out the front of the carbs when the motor is tilted (this is what someone told me).<br /><br />Tight Lines and Solid Hooksets
