Leaking power steering fluid - 1998 Cobalt 220

Anyone know where to buy a second hand power steering ram for a Volvo Penta sterndrive? I think the seal on mine has gone, as it seems this is where the power steering fluid is leaking out and dripping down into the bilge. My mechanic says they're not serviceable, and a new one is $800-900! I was hoping it was the hoses, but they seem dry...
