use the search function or just browse through the restoration forum. Basically, you tighten the rivet but hitting it with a hammer while holding a solid object on the other side. Think of rivets as small pipes that are hammered to mushroom on the end. Over time the "mushroom" deforms a bit to allow the rivet/pipe some slop which leads to leaks. To fix it you must tighten it back up. BAM, BAM.
